释义	饶乐水又作浇水、浇落水、弱落水、洛瑰水、洛孤人、黄水、潢水，作乐水、枭罗箇没里。即今内蒙古西拉木伦河。《后汉书·鲜卑传》：“以季春月大会于饶乐水上。”后为库莫奚旅居地。又因库莫奚族亦散居于老哈河上游，或谓即今老哈河上游的一支英金河。
