释义	选贤与能儒家提倡的用人主张。《礼记·礼运》：“孔子曰： ……大道之行也，天下为公，选贤与能。”是说三代盛世，天下为公，“人不独亲其亲，不独子其子”，不以天下之大私其子孙，如尧授舜，舜授禹，凡有贤能者即选而授之。反映了任人唯贤的思想倾向，为《礼运》篇崇尚的大同理想。
