释义	观津县西汉置。治今河北武邑县东南观津。始属清河郡。后改属信都国。东汉属安平国。北魏改“观”为“灌”。北齐天保七年（556）废。隋开皇十六年（596）复置观津县。属冀州。大业初废入蓨县。
