常识	苗时中
释义	苗时中（？—1091）北宋宿州符离（今安徽宿州）人，字子居。以荫为宁陵县主簿，疏浚县中久堙古河，以溉田，人称“苗公河”。熙宁中，累擢广西转运副使。后徙梓州路转运副使。元丰中，从林广攻“泸州蛮”乞弟，创折运法，道虽远而军食不乏。改发运副使，为河东转运使，移知桂州，官至户部侍郎。
