释义	牌盐清代凭腰牌销售之盐。雍正年间给贫民循环号筹，限四十斤内许其负盐贩卖，取利为生。乾隆元年（1736）改为六十岁以上，十五岁以下及少壮有残疾、妇女老而无依者，许于本县报明，给印烙腰牌木筹，日赴盐场买盐一次，贩卖谋生。其后，因贫民过多而停废。
