释义	湟中月氏胡古族名。小月氏之一部。西汉时居酒泉一带，东汉初部分越祁连山移居湟水流域，称湟中月氏胡。与汉、羌错居，大种有七，兵九千余。东汉中平元年（184），与北宫伯玉等起兵，杀护羌校尉和金城太守，建立政权。后为曹魏击平。
