常识	民运
释义	民运中国古代征用民户运输漕粮之制度。宋代以前，解运漕粮一般用民户。元代始行规模较大的军运。明代浙江、湖广、江西等地税粮，除存留及运南京者外，余皆由民户自备船只，运赴北京、通州、河西务等处入仓。初与军运并行，后行长运法，漕粮皆由军运，仅白粮由民运。清代亦以军运为主，兼用民运。
