释义	毕懋康明末人。崇祯八年（1635）著《军器图说》，介绍自生火铳即燧发枪形制。使射击操作更为方便可靠，提高射击速度及精度，与欧洲燧发火器研制使用在年代上相距不远。但当时其著述未能引起重视。直到康熙时，才有人制成供皇帝打猎用的燧发火枪。
