常识	斡勒忠
释义	斡勒忠（1133—1203）金盖州（今辽宁盖州南）女真人，本名宋浦。通女真、契丹字。累迁右三部司正。练达边事，曾奉命出使北边部落，得马四千余匹而归。大定二十六年（1186），任监察御史。承安二年（1197），任武宁军节度使，致仕。
