释义	应①商代国名。见《水经·滍水注》引《汲郡古文》。②西周封国。姬姓，侯爵。始封之君为周武王之子；一说武王弟。在今河南鲁山县东。《左传》僖公二十四年（前636）：“邘、晋、应、韩，武之穆也。”战国时曾为秦相范雎封地。
