奉议郎官名。唐代始置，为从六品上文散官。五代、宋初因之。北宋太宗太平兴国初改奉直郎。元丰改制复置，为正八品文臣寄禄官，取代旧寄禄官太常、秘书、殿中丞和著作郎。
