常识	太医院院判
释义	太医院院判官名。元代置，为太医院属官，员二人，正五品，位在同签下。朱元璋吴元年（1367）置。为太医院次官，佐院使掌院务。洪武十四年（1381）改称院丞，二十二年复旧名。正六品。清顺治元年（1644）分置左、右院判各一人，由汉员充任，正六品。左院判由右院判升补，右院判由御医升补。宣统元年（1909）改正五品。
