常识	刘栖楚
释义	刘栖楚（？—827）唐人。初为镇州小吏。宪宗时，王承宗荐于宰相李逢吉，擢右拾遗，性果敢，被逢吉用以中伤裴度等。敬宗时，曾苦谏敬宗畋猎怠政，叩头出血。累官刑部侍郎。为京兆尹，能摧抑豪强。后恃宠侮宰相韦处厚，出为桂州观察使，卒于任。有集二十卷，已佚。
