攻略	下梅村南平-福建村中保留下来30余幢明清古民居建筑，枕溪而建，有巨商的豪居，官宦的府第，儒生的学堂，最具代表性的有：邹氏大夫第、邹氏家祠、程氏隐士居、西水别业、方氏参军第等建筑群。这些建筑以砖木为主，东阁西厢、楼台歇屋、天井花园，一应俱全，布局考究、工艺精湛。每座古民居大门都有装饰精美的砖雕，图案多以吉祥的动植物或民间人物故事为主题，表达了劳动人民美好的愿望和精湛的技艺。
