马拉干鄢宫位于帕西河岸边，是一座纯西班牙式的宫殿。原来是西班牙大地主的住宅，1863年成为西班牙籍总督的官邸，后又成为美国籍总督的官邸，1845年，菲律宾独立后，继续用作总统官邸。宫中到处都有昂贵的美术灯，并收藏有历代总统的画像以及菲律宾和西班牙名画。
