方济阁墓园位于上川岛三洲港的北面山丘上，是一座带有欧洲风格和浓厚的宗教色彩的古典式之墓地，历经400多年的名胜古迹，它包括有墓地、墓堂、石碑、管养室、水井、码头、步级通道和牌坊等七个部分，建在四面环水的海岛上，背靠茂密的丛林和嶙峋岩石的山麓。现已全面开放给国内外游客和宗教界人士前来参观瞻仰。
